After signing up, you'll be prompted to add your first baby. Enter their name, birth date, and optionally a profile photo, then tap Continue. To add additional babies, tap the profile icon → Settings → Manage Babies → + button.

From the home screen, tap any activity card (Sleep, Feeding, Diaper, Medicine etc.). Use the Timer Method — tap Start Timer, then Stop — or Manual Entry by entering time, amount, or duration directly. All entries sync automatically to the cloud.

Tap the Vaccinations card on the home screen. The WHO recommended immunisation schedule is shown. Tap any vaccine to mark it as given, enter the date, add notes, and optionally attach a photo. You can also add custom vaccines from your doctor.

Tap the Growth Chart card on the home screen. Tap "Add Measurement" to log weight (kg), height (cm), and/or head circumference (cm). Select the date — future dates are disabled. Your baby's chart plots against WHO standard 3rd, 50th, and 97th percentile reference lines. Tap any dot to see the exact value, percentile, and WHO median. Birth weight and height auto-fill from your baby's profile — you don't need to re-enter them. Growth measurements can be included in your PDF export for doctor visits.

Tap the profile icon → Export Data. Choose your date range, select what to include (activities, vaccines, milestones, growth charts, photos), then tap Export PDF. Share via email, AirDrop, Messages, or save to Files.

Tap the profile icon → Notifications. Enable Push Notifications, then tap any activity category (Feeding, Sleep, Diaper, Medicine) to configure it. Choose Interval mode or Custom Times mode. Changes save automatically.

Yes! Tap profile icon → Settings → Manage Babies → + to add another baby. Switch between babies by tapping the greeting card on the home screen. Each baby has completely separate tracking data, photos, vaccines, milestones, growth charts, and reminder settings.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest in Firebase. Access is protected by Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. We never sell your data. You can delete everything permanently from Settings → Delete Account.

Yes. All tracking features work without internet. Data is saved locally and syncs automatically when you reconnect. Internet is needed for initial login, cross-device sync, photo uploads, and PDF exports.

Go to profile icon → Settings → scroll to bottom → Delete Account → confirm. This permanently and immediately deletes all your data. This cannot be undone — export your data first.

For Apple Sign-In: go to appleid.apple.com. For Google Sign-In: go to accounts.google.com. For email/password: tap Forgot Password on the login screen, enter your email, and check for a reset link.
