1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using BabyBuddy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
BabyBuddy is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to:
- Use the App only for its intended purpose — tracking baby care activities and monitoring growth
- Provide accurate information when creating your account
- Keep your account credentials secure and not share them
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
- Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Be at least 13 years of age to create an account
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at support@kongatechlabs.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Medical Disclaimer
The vaccination schedule, growth percentile charts, milestone suggestions, and health tracking features are for reference and convenience only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical guidance specific to your baby.
5. Your Data
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Baby Tracker. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You can export or delete your data at any time from within the App.
6. Intellectual Property
BabyBuddy and all its contents, features, and functionality are owned by KongaTechLabs and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.
Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently and immediately removed from our servers.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
BabyBuddy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any data loss or service interruptions arising from your use of the App.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KongaTechLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Baby Tracker.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by posting the updated terms in the App and updating the date above. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
